Every assignment begins with a completely new search of the market, and we combine our industry knowledge with state-of-the-art search tools to compile a long list of all professionals who are a potential fit for the role.

WEEK 3

Start of telephone interviews with all professionals on the long list. Suitable candidates are then invited for a face to face interview with Edin Verspui.

WEEK 4

In week four we present a shortlist of three to four candidates we believe are a good fit for the position. By this time, each candidate has undergone a detailed referencing and interview process so you can be assured of top quality candidates at the first interview.

WEEK 5

Managing a smooth hiring process involves more than setting up interviews. After every interview we conduct a review with both parties and, based on this feedback, we complete the process with a report and recommendation on which candidate we feel would best suit our client’s needs.

We believe in making sure the new hire will get off to a great start, so we check in regularly during the first year to make sure the client and employee are content.
