Every assignment begins with a

Start of telephone interviews with
all professionals on the long list.
Suitable candidates are then invited for
a face to face interview with Edwin Verspui.

In week four we present a shortlist
of three to four candidates we believe
are a good fit for the position. By this
time, each candidate has undergone a
detailed referencing and

Managing a smooth hiring process involves
more than setting up interviews. After every
interview we conduct a review with both
parties and based on this feedback,
we complete the process with a report and
recommendation on which candidate we feel
would best suit our client's needs.
We believe in making sure the new hire will
get off to a great start, so we check in
regularly during the first year to make sure
the client and employee are content.
